POSITION: PHYSICAL THERAPY AIDE
BASIC SALARY:  SGD 1340 + 500 Housing Allowance

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (with or without license)
*Male & Female 
*38 years old below
*At least 1 year patient care experience (Clinic / Hospital)
*Work gap should NOT be more than 6 months from the time the candidate stopped working.

• Resume with detailed job description 
• Diploma (College)
• Transcript of Records
• Related Learning Experience with Grades
• PRC Board Certificate (if applicable)
• PRC Board Rating with breakdown (if applicable)
• Valid PRC ID License (if applicable)
• Passport
• Gap letter 
• PSA Marriage Contract (if applicable)
• 12 pcs passport-sized photos (white background, ears, and eyebrows must be clearly seen)
• Employment Certificate
